Boilerplate (short)
N'katror is an independent, grassroots tech community based in Skopje, North Macedonia. Founded in 2024, we build pathways to digital careers for Albanian-speaking youth through education, mentorship, hackathons, and civic technology. Our work contributes to UN Sustainable Development Goals 4 (Quality Education), 5 (Gender Equality), and 8 (Decent Work & Economic Growth).

N'katror is an independent tech ecosystem platform based in Skopje, North Macedonia, building pathways to digital careers for Albanian-speaking youth. Since 2024 we have organized hackathons, tech talks, Women in STEM events, and AI training programs, reaching 410+ community members and shipping civic tech platforms that serve 24 organizations across 13 cities. Our flagship programs include a three-course AI Training Academy, the N'katror Podcast (18+ episodes), and cross-ethnic hackathons in partnership with SEEU Student Parliament. We are supported by partners including Innox Hub, Bridge2Balkan, and Plug and Play Tirana. N'katror's mission is aligned with UN Sustainable Development Goals 4 (Quality Education), 5 (Gender Equality), and 8 (Decent Work & Economic Growth).
